Our hobby department is full of kits and materials to help you make models yourself. We have stock from Airfix, Humbrol, Revell, Matchmaster, Plastruct,  X-Acto, Swann-Morton – providing lots of sources of inspiration.
We keep some toys although we are not a toy shop, providing such timeless classics as face painting, scraper foil  sequin art, paint-by-numbers, sticker art, artstraws, Hama beads, children's paints, colouring books and lots of ‘keep them busy-pocket money toys'.

Model paints & glues

​Whether it is the traditional Humbrol enamel paints and sprays or the new Tamiya and Humbrol acrylic paints we have them and all the mediums and finishes to give you the best results for your model.  
Specialist glues for plastics and balsa from Humbrol, Revell and Tamiya. 

Wood, Plastics & Metals

​The starting point for many life-size projects over the years. Balsa wood is an easy to use, cut out and glue material that can quicklymake your ideas take shape. Available in different sizes. 
Also to complement the balsa we have Obechi, Mahogany and Plywood, available in different thicknesses and sizes. 
Just like the real thing, we have many different profiles in plastic and metal - for that extra precision. Also plastic card in different thicknesses, in black and white.  

Scenics & Scatters

​Excellent for dioramas and railway layouts to give added realism to your display. Various coloured scatters, tarmac, gravel, cork, bark pieces, fences and trees can all be used to speed up a better  result. 

Clay & FIMO

​One of our bestselling lines in the shop. Clay can be self-hardening and can be painted. You're imagination can have no bounds with clay just think of the many films that have been made with clay. We stock Das, Newclay and FIMO (light as air) clays.
We also have FIMO coloured, we have sold this very popular clay for over 40 years. Children love it for making their own creations of animals and bead-makers love it to make their own individual beads. 

Candle-Making

Paint by numbers

​We have kept some form of paint by numbers for over 60 years still popular and designs available to everyones taste. Now available in easier to use acrylic paints. We also have colour by numbers with coloured pencils.

​More popular than ever, we keep a large range, constantly being added to. Also we keep the wooden puzzles which can be made up to be a model of an animal, vehicle, building, ship, etc. ​
